All three occurences look like this [1] for two years (see git blame):

    #ifndef Py_LIMITED_API
      _PySys_GetObjectId(&PyId_stdin)  // borrowed ref
    #else
      PySys_GetObject("stdin")         // borrowed ref
    #endif

So everything is fixed already.
