requests are pretty small and considering that this plugin won't ever be running on large servers, it's safe to assume that this optimization measure will never be required.

However, I can implement support for all Bukkit servers, including Mohist.

Changes

• poetry is no longer used. Python's built-in tools allow you to manage dependencies and create virtual environments just like in Poetry. In fact, Poetry uses built-in venv module under the hood. venv integration with VSCode is included in the Python plugin.
• Changed pyproject.toml according to PEP 426. The list of authors has also been updated.
• Versions of depencies are now locked only to major versions, not patches.
• The mypy configuration has been removed, since:
  1. the developer is allowed to use any typechecker;
  2. this makes no sense since disnake got rid of the need for mypy plugin.
