All food and beverages will be set up in the Library. All food service is buffet style.
All meals include unlimited fair trade coffee, assorted teas, juices, pop, and pitchers of water.

Conference Day 1

The Deli Lunch (12:00 PM)

Traditional Sandwiches:

Baby Spinach Salad: Sliced Strawberries & Asiago Cheese finished with light citrus dressing
Creole Salad: Julienne of red peppers, Spanish onion, roma tomatoes, celery & kalamata olives finished in a black pepper dressing
