- Fix the orientation of APTS and ALICE3 response function: this correctly set the orientation of the mirroring when handling charge sharing
- The orientation is different for APTS and ALICE3 response functions along x, so a method to handle both was introduced
- The threshold is now set to a reasonable value
- Various changes in logs
