@jackal1-66 @fweig the out of memory crashes in the o2-sim-kine-publisher that we observed today when simulating 650 Pb-Pb events (4 TFs at 50 kHz) are solved when using the proper amount of shm

Funny, I thought I've fixed this, but now I see that I've accidentally deleted my branch which automatically closed the PR https://github.com/AliceO2Group/AliceO2/pull/commits

Another fix is needed to avoid generating collision context with now timestamp (-1) instead of that for the anchor run, I'll open a separate PR for that.
