To deploy this project run following commands:

npm install
node src/index.js

Run following command:

npm install

Head to MongoDB Atlas site and create a free cluster. Complete the setup precedure. After that, in the cluster panel, you can see an option named Connect. Click on option and choose your desired options to conenct to Cluster.
