The Medical Research Council (MRC) Biostatistics Unit (BSU)'s mission is to promote the development and application of innovative statistical methods in the health sciences for the improvement of health. This github organisation exists to collate software and code for unit members and the wider community. These open source, CRAN (or bioconductor) compliant R packages have been forked to this repo for archiving and discoverability reasons. Issues and Pull Requests should still be directed to the repo from which the fork emmenates.
As well as software packages, we also provide code used in applied analyses to support open and reproducible research. Some of the github pages where this happens are listed below:
- dose-finding includes code from DART
- chr1swallace has a mixture of software packages and open code (those repositories are often named "*-paper")

While github may hold the latest and greatest, package versions archived to standard repositories are generally the more stable versions. Some of the more popular R packages available from CRAN are listed below.
