This PR adds onboard SPI flash support for stm32f407-micu BSP.

  • Add menuconfig option to enable onboard SPI flash
  • Initialize SPI flash device via SFUD
  • Enable SPI peripheral through CubeMX configuration

  • Verified SFUD probe and basic read/write
  • BSP: bsp/stm32/stm32f407-micu
