"Show Template" restricts user from editing post title if title is stored in a template part.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. In the site editor:

  2. create a template part - Masthead

  3. insert core/post-title

  4. save

  5. In the site editor:

  6. create a template - Fancy Page

  7. insert template-part Masthead

  8. save

  9. Create a New page

  10. in the page editor:

  11. click 'Template' link and enable "Show Template"

  12. Select 'Fancy Page' as the page template.

Note:

  1. User can not set or change the Page/Post title.
  2. The User can edit the template-part 'masthead`; however this will not allow the to set or update the title.
  3. Quick-edit appears to be the only mechanism available to edit the page title
  4. [Update] the page title can be udated via the Verticle Ellipsis in the Post / Page Sidebar
