What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR makes similar changes to java integration tests as #3946 did to python ones. Changes are necessary for the tests to be runnable from inside a container.
getHost()instead of hardcodinglocalhost. The user will usually have to also setTESTCONTAINERS_HOST_OVERRIDEenv variable tohost.docker.internalDockerComposeContainerby default works by first running another container withdocker-composeinside and mounting build context and runningdocker-compose upfrom there. This doesn't really work if you're already inside a container as volume mounts anddocker-in-dockerdon't really get along well. This PR introduces an environment variableFEAST_TESTCONTAINERS_LOCAL_COMPOSEwhich if set changes the default behavior to running docker-compose locally (docker-composeneeds to be in PATH).
