| An element receives the focus when the user either clicks on it or uses the `key:Tab` key on the keyboard. There's also an `autofocus` HTML attribute that puts the focus onto an element by default when a page loads and other means of getting the focus. | ||

il termine riceve non mi convince molto, nemmeno in inglese.. il "focus" rappresenta uno stato in cui può trovarsi un elemento, non una cosa che si riceve

Facendo un paio di ricerche, ho trovato una certa uniformità nella terminologia.
Alternativa trovata "gets the focus" che è ottiene il focus, quindi è come se lo ricevesse.
Lo lascerei così.
le altre correzioni le metto in coda, accettandole.
