Feature request

Especially when using the inline variant in a middle of a sentence, using the FQCN make the tag very long.
It would be great to resolve relative class names in the @see tag, taking use statements into account.

For reference, PHPStorm already supports that. Using a relative class name in @see works when using Ctrl+click to navigate to the target class.
