This PR enhances the repository's documentation by updating the root README.md and adding detailed README.md files to each major subdirectory. It also introduces a LICENSE file (MIT) to clarify the project's licensing. Specifically:

  • The root README.md now includes 'Usage' and 'License' sections and lists 'buildTreeTest.py' in the Trees section.
  • Each of the 10 subdirectories (Arrays, Error-debug, GraphAlgorithms, LinkedLists, Queues, Recursion, Sorting, Stacks, Trees, deque) now has its own README.md file providing a localized overview and listing its contents with brief descriptions.
  • A LICENSE file has been added to the root directory with the MIT License and copyright attribution to Pradeep K. Pant (2017).
