The IMAP server cyrus.andrew.cmu.edu doesn't accept our randomly generated client x509 certificate anymore.

Oh... test_nntplib failed on Travis CI... I restarted the job... |
test_nntplib fails randomly with EOFError in NetworkedNNTPTests.setUpClass(). Catch EOFError to skip tests in that case.

I failed again... I created http://bugs.python.org/issue30188 and wrote PR #1322 to fix nntplib, but tests on the nnptlib fix will fail on the imaplib test, so I included the nntplib fix in this imaplib fix... |

Python 2.7 is not affected by imaplib and nntplib issues. |
