- added International operations support to Shipment and Rates service requests (via added CustomsClearenceDetail support - separate classes developed to support it)
- added examples to use requests for international shipments and rates
- added unit test cases for the above-mentioned
Details - International shipments of commodities now supported - Unit tests for international shipments of commodities implemented - International shipment of documents only is possible but not tested - CommercialInvoice entity not supported with this update yet
