This simple changeset updates the DNS and Cache components to stable LTS release. These are currently not tagged/released, so this build is expected to fail at the moment. I'm filing this PR in preparation for when these components are tagged and will update this ticket asap.
The changeset builds on top of #427, see only the last commit for changes in this PR. I will rebase this once #427 is in.
