Make Location a required field and ensure it is a valid URL #619

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Some Scanners do not produce Finding locations that are valid URLs. Also it would be good to ensure that a location is always present by adding location to the list of required fields in the Findings Schema.
Invalid URLs can lead to problems with the defectDojo Hook, see #618
