Hi there, this is where the Support Team coordinate their efforts. It’s not a support venue.
Please post in the Support Forums for support: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

…">Online monthly Docs Team Contributor Day September 24, 2024We know that things can be a bit contentious right now, but nothing has changed about what we do.
There may be more people hijacking threads or otherwise violating the Forum Guidelines and/or Community Code of Conduct than usual, but we’ll continue to address those as they come up, as we always have.
Use the anon Moderator if you feel safest with that, close threads if you need to, and don’t get too detailed in your replies if just linking to an official post will suffice.
Remember that we are all representatives of WordPress.org, but only when we’re on WordPress.org.
And, don’t forget to take regular breaks, especially for your own mental health! This is a volunteer gig, there is no obligation to be here, and we’ll understand if you’re away.
Thanks for hanging in there with us!
International Checkins
German and Russian forums report that all is well, and a curious lack of Norwegian and Klingon forums was brought up.
Troubleshooting and Site Health Tools
The plugins are feature complete, but need both icons and banners before it’s sensible for Health Check to be fully deprecated.
Please ping clorith on Slack if you’re able to help with that!
Everybody is welcome to join, not only the direct participants of the cohort.
Translate one string or 300.
Experience how easy it is to contribute to making WordPress a bit better and useful in your own language.
The event is running until Wed, October 23, 2024 at 4:59 PM PDT.
User Notes Reminder
User notes ensure history is retained for the future, and avoids the need for moderators to asynchronously have discussions back and forth to find out why a user may have been flagged, blocked, or otherwise. It helps those of us dealing with blocked users know what is happening, and if they were banned for spam or sock puppets or anything like that, to see what the basis for those claims were so that we can make informed decisions about accounts. We trust the judgement of all our moderators, but we also need ot be able to give consistent and honest replies to users in these cases, and if we do not have any information to give them, generally need ot err on the side of “this may have been a mistake” and let them back in.
