  1. Enabled mobile site with very basic templates 

    * Added middleware to detect mobile user-agents
* Updated views to utilize mobile detection and switch between templates
* Added a past-meetups URL
* Added *very* basic mobile templates for next/past meetups
* Added mobile.css, used by those templates
* Removed some unnecessary middleware/apps
