At nullplatform, I have contributed to the development of data products focused on expanding customer access to the company's lakehouse capabilities through scalable and reliable backend services.

I participated in the creation of a service that enables nullplatform clients to securely access lake data, supporting a more efficient and productized way to expose analytical information.

I am also working on an AI agent service that accelerates dashboard and metrics creation by generating JSON schemas, UI schemas, and SQL queries, enabling users to surface relevant lake insights with less manual effort.

As Inbound Team Lead within Jüsto's Operations tribe, I oversee critical operational processes including replenishment, warehousing, inventory management, purchase order receiving, inter-warehouse transfers, reverse logistics, cycle counting, and shrinkage control.

I led the redesign and migration of a monolithic service to a microservices architecture, reducing production incidents by around 90% and increasing replenishment efficiency by 40%. Today, my team supports the vast majority of warehouse operational needs, continuously driving process optimization and scalable solutions.

At TravelX, I contributed to the design and development of the flight product infrastructure, defining core architectures used across different stages of the product development lifecycle.

I collaborated on the process of importing airline tickets into the NFTickets technology, integrating aviation industry standards with blockchain-based solutions.

I implemented connectors to external airline APIs such as Flybondi, Viva Air, among others, ensuring robust, scalable integrations capable of handling high transactional volumes.

I designed and developed an architecture for detecting itinerary changes, passenger modifications, and other ticket lifecycle events, complemented by an analytics platform capable of identifying NFTicket offers, special fares, high-demand destinations, and key patterns that drive the operation and dynamics of the secondary flight market.
