Wildflowers of the Central Coast Field Office & Fort Ord National Monument
Wildflower Update - 2016
The spring wildflower show looks to be spectacular this year in the Panoche Valley. Due to early rains we received in late fall/early winter, the wild flower forecast for the Panoche and Tumey Hills looks to peak early this year, around February 27st, according to botanists. Please watch the weather forecasts as many roads in the the interior and non-paved county roads are hazardous when wet.
