What happened
It's unable to install it. Shows that "Some modifications could not be applied successfully. For more information, click on the install log link at the bottom of the dialog."
Here are some dialogs (include some chinese characters, but don't worry about it)
It seems that Windows 8.1 is no longer be supported? Or some weird error ( like a certain version of .net framework doesn't installed?)
