I think it is good to create a plan to add all libraries that listed in awesome-cpp to vcpkg

I think if vcpkg provide all libraries that in list, so vcpkg is dominant package manager in C++ ecosystem :)

Totally agree with that, but that's a lot of work.
It's like a lot of volunteers needed or some funding...I'm even ready to pay for OCIO integration, but who...
