Managing groups which are supposed to be approved to use the Deck, are nearly impossible to manage. Select/Unselect or identify groups is difficult or impossible. Not all a

noImplicitAny will help with some refactorings (such as ornicar/chessground#145). Even partial progress is useful.

1. Pick one of:

   • ui/analyse
   • ui/puzzle
   • ui/round

2. Temporarily set noImplicitAny to true in ui/.../tsconfig.json.

3. To compile use yarn run dev, yarn run dev --watch or yarn run tsc --noEmit in ui/.... Fix

When looking into #827 , I found that helpText in CommandLineParser::printHelp was not made to be translatable.

I believe these help texts should be made translatable to help users of different locales

I like how Simplepush presents a couple of different ways to generate push messages on their website:

Details for bookmarks are as expected, but I was expecting the folders to have additional details apart from who is the owner, like the number of items in the folder(I mention items in order to be inclusive of both nested folders and bookmarks), as well as potentially a creation date, tags, and notes.
