The current RoomMemberQueryFilter doesn't support query by wxid (id of Contact), can we support this?

1. Find all contacts for the room and find out the matched id
2. Load the contact by id fir

I see the original WikiConv paper says there were conversations in Chinese collected, are these available through ConvoKit?

We currently have to manually set permissions, visibility and linking to airy repo for every new package. This should be done with Github Actions when a new package is pushed

• A new botkit controller for Slack
• Updated HTML within ThirdParty/index.js
• At least boiler code for test suites.
