Languriidae: Loberus impressus
Actually a languriid. At one time they were in the cryptos, but got bounced with a few other genera to the Languriidae - completely ruining the very easily recognizable form/colors you could use to recognize languriids. All small, brown, nondescript beetles used to be crytophagids, but I can't say that anymore. If you still have it, I would like it. They are not common (possibly because such brown "dirt" usually gets tossed by collectors).

Silken Fungus beetle
I have millions of Loberus impressus crawling out of painted tree fungi painted by my father-in-law. They have been reproducing for the past decade and seem to eat through the protective coating sprayed on the outside of the fungi. If you want me to send specimens please send me your address.

so I didn't collect it. I'll keep an eye out for another one.
