On Rush Milkweed; Asclepias subulata with an outside temperature of 79 degrees F. A mating pair about the size of the aphids (Oleander Aphid
Aphis nerii) crawling on the same stems. Both pubescent black beetles had clubbed antennae. The male had a reddish color head and legs.
