At UV light. Quite positive this is Euphylidorea novaeangliae (Alexander, 1914) - see Alexander 1943k, Fig. 46G on p.399, short description on p.402. Keys out to siouana/novaeangliae based on: shiny reddish thorax, wings unmarked except for slight stigmal darkening, abdomen brownish yellow with black subterminal ring, and male antenna extending to root of haltere. The hypopygial structures in the specimen are difficult to see, but seem to best fit novaeangliae.
