We recently purchased this franchise and want to change the “Register Now” Javascript toggler to “Choose Location”. I can’t figure out how to do this. Any hints on where this can be done?

You’d first need to check if it’s a Classic or Block Theme.
If it’s a classic theme, then you will find a file named header.php in the root directory of the theme (wp-content/themes/outreach-pro). There in, you can find this text that you want to change.
If it’s a Block theme the you can navigate to the Site Editor and select the Header to edit it. You can directly change the text you want there while live previewing it.
You also seem to be using the commercial Beaver Builder to edit the templates. I assume that the text you are looking for is output via this. Therefore, a request to their support might be helpful: https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/beaver-builder-support/
Thank you @gautam23 ! In the Beaver Builder clicking on the text i want to change opens up HTML box but there is nothing in there besides [csk_home_featured_camps] also advance has bunch of fields but no where i can change the text.
As @threadi suggested, you might want to ask that in the correct support forum since it is specific to a product and not directly related to WordPress as a Software. You can still follow-up any WordPress specific questions.
