all design is on class of parent block
you can overwrite by local styles if you click on target icon in Local styles panel
How Override Local styles works for Icon List block, I have target icon in Icon List Element block, but how to locate target icon in “Icon List” block? Also even in Icon List Element block when we provide negative margin left to the the div element that handle text, only then the text move left.

I understood you correctly, no need in screenshots. My answer is correct. You must modify design option on Parent block, check my screenshot, click on Class of parent block and then you will find all sub selectors. If you see editor correct and front doesn’t show actual data.- only one possible reason, you have cache plugin on site and you didn’t clean cache after new options saved.
Ok, now I clearly got the working of elements blocks. when we select the parent class, then its shows its child element classes and then selecting any individual child class we can modify any of its properties.
