Navigation Element mobile view not working properly

I am using wordpress version 6.8.3, default twenty twenty five theme and only greenshift plugin installed with latest version 12.2.8. I just added Navigation Element and when I see in front end, desktop menu is working correctly. But the Mobile menu when popup open, and goes to inner menu item by clicking arrow shows nothing.
