Akosua (Kosi) Asabere is a Senior Accessibility Engineer and Inclusive Design Strategist with over a decade of experience advancing digital accessibility across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. As a native screen reader user and former Accessibility Specialist at the W3C, she combines lived experience, deep technical expertise, and leadership in accessibility program management—bridging the gap between inclusive user needs and sustainable accessibility solutions. Kosi has led accessibility initiatives for government websites, higher education systems, nonprofits, and emerging tech startups—embedding best practices into procurement pipelines, design systems, and engineering workflows.
