1. How do I access the Partner Extranet?

2. How do I update my account contacts?

Log into the Partner Extranet. Select Profile on the left taskbar, then select Contacts. Contacts can be updated by selecting the pencil edit icon. To add a new contact, select Add Contact.

It’s important to keep your account contacts updated as these may be some of the individuals receiving RFPs, referrals, etc. from our team internally.

3. How do I view the convention calendar?

Log into the Partner Extranet. Select Reports on the left taskbar. Select the report: Visit Tampa Bay Convention Calendar. Select the date range you wish to view, then select Apply Filters. You may search the calendar 18 months out. Events are inserted in chronological order by event date as they are booked. Be sure to check the calendar often for newly added events.
