About Us
Every tax season, AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteers serve their communities by helping their neighbors complete and file their tax returns. Since 1968, Tax-Aide has helped over 82 million taxpayers. This year, over 28,300 Tax-Aide volunteers helped to secure over $1.3 billion in total refunds for more than 1.7 million people. AARP Foundation Tax-Aide service is offered nationwide at over 3,600 locations.Â
As an AARP Foundation Tax-Aide volunteer, youâll receive training and support, learn new skills, and connect with people in your community while helping others. You can have fun and feel good knowing you're making a positive impact with a team of volunteers.Â
