Hello, I'm a bit new to medusa. I have this implemented and i'm seeing the tracing come through but I'm not seeing it capture any errors or exceptions (I am seeing them output into the log for the container). Is there something I'm missing? Normally just turning on Sentry will do this in most integrations but in your documentation it seems like you have mostly targeted just the performance monitoring side of things?
