Seems like Supabase support will need to get involved.

Unfortunately despite being on a paid pro plan (for a long time) they have yet to respond. It appears other are having issues as well https://github.com/orgs/supabase/discussions/16747 -- we got a notification that we're consuming a lot of our disk iops budget. Our project has never consumed more than 1-5% of our iops budget for years and we still are nowhere near to our cpu/memory capacity. Something is clearly very wrong, seemingly for more than just us.

Hard to know if the one other user is related or not. Still not seeing any more than you two here or Discord.
It would be interesting if they also upgraded, but 8 hours of running after the upgrade makes it less likely related (but possible).
Did you at least get the confirmation email from support with a ticket # ?

Yeah I got a confirmation. Send a second support ticket about an hour ago and that one just got a response so at least I'm in contact with somebody now.

Unfortunately while my 2nd support ticket got a reply it appears it was from a first level support person who didn't really read the ticket. They quoted some documentation to me (which I'd already read) and was by all indications not the source of the problem. After this they haven't replied.

My production backend is going offline and not coming back without a manual reboot at entirely random intervals. I have no indication of what the problem is, all systems and logs appear normal. We're losing a ton of customer goodwill. We're losing customers. Customers are mad. My team is mad. We're in total outage and from our point of view it appears that Supabase support isn't taking it seriously, despite us being long time paying customers and supporters. Intensely frustrating.
