Summary Plan Description Booklets

Updated Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklets for the current medical plans were recently mailed out to all members in the US mail. Per federal regulations, we are required to send these periodically when there are significant changes to the plans, such as the new names. Please discard any older copies of the SPD booklet which you may have kept.

The SPD covers also referenced the former plan names. Please note that the cover of the Acadia SPD referenced the former POS A plan and should have referenced the former POS C plan. We apologize for the error. Please be assured that the benefits in the booklet do reference your current plan.
