First of all, please make a new topic if you have questions about scratch instead of going on another person's topic.
Secondly, you're not allowed to show people's real faces or otherwise reveal the private identity of a person on Scratch.

(#5)The thing is, if they didn't add any new pictures, the faces were from the original project, so andresmh should have been warned instead of the remixer.doesnât that explain itself? Huh, i didnt know that, but what about my remix getting deleted for “showing real peoples faces”?
I guess this is a consequence of the original project being unshared, which makes the remix credit not show.
See above. Secondly, you're not allowed to show people's real faces or otherwise reveal the private identity of a person on Scratch.

I know firsthand.
They warned me for this.

This seriously bugs me.
If you search “can I show my face on Scratch,” the closest thing you will find to an official answer is this forum post from nearly 5 years ago:
Now it seems that they've updated the rule so that you can't show your face in a Scratch project, period. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't recall them making any sort of announcement when they did this.
I take no issue with updating old rules. I can see why they might want to remove old content that violates the new guidelines.
What bothers me is that people who made projects like these before the rule was in place are given the exact same treatment as people who are breaking the rule on purpose.
Take down the old projects, sure. But don't give the users warnings as if the rule was already in place when they made the project.
Worse yet, the faces that I got alerted about were already in the original project that everyone was remixing.
Hundreds, if not thousands of Scratchers just dropped in standing with the Scratch Team by no fault of their own.
Scratch needs to communicate with its users. Many of the controversies that Scratch has faced in the past few years could have been avoided if the Scratch Team made the effort to be transparent.

[source]This post clearly states that a “face reveal” project is considered to be any project created for the sole purpose of showing your face, which Weekend was not.
We notice there is a new trend of sharing âface revealâ projects on Scratch. A âface revealâ is essentially a project created for the sole purpose of sharing your physical appearance with others. We have found these types of projects often lead to inappropriate or unhealthy comments. Due to these concerns, we have begun to remove these projects from the Scratch website.

Wild guess: andresmh's account got hacked/password guessed.
But if it was, I think the hacker would have done much more things than simply updating then taking down Weekend.
(Or maybe that it was taken down due to that aforementioned face rule.)

But it was removed after 15 years from being posted? Why wasn't it removed earlier then?

Anyway, it wasn't called “face reveal”, so it didn't break any rules. I don't think it was a good idea for the Scratch Team to take down such a monumental project for such a stupid reason. They were extremely grainy, 15 year old pictures, and the people in them likely would have aged beyond recognition.
