About ILS Libraries
The Washington State Library (WSL) partners with the Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) to provide library services to incarcerated individuals in adult correctional facilities and patients in adult psychiatric hospitals. In addition, interlibrary loan services are provided to the DOC minimum security facilities across the state.
