In 2011 new windows, electrical, plumbing, insulation in 2011. Facility was used to house resident staff until 2011 cutbacks in budget at UC. Future use to be determined. Additional needs include interior and exterior painting, and new roof in places. Stucco House (New in 1965, 2 bedrooms, one bath, large living/dining room, sleeps up to 4) Hastings Cabin (Rebuilt in 2011,wireless internet, insulated sleeping porch with new windows,two full beds, back bedroom with twin bed; kitchen; living room, bath with shower)) Classroom/Dining/Meeting Room (Modular classroom seats 25, with open commercial kitchen in corner, seating area for 6-8, rest room, handicapped accesible).
