Data Recovery Procedures

Follow our 3-step procedure to get a quote from us:

STEP 1 - FILL UP DATA RECOVERY REQUEST FORM
  2. Or you can fill up the form in our office if you are coming down personally.
  3. A REQUEST ID will be generated upon submission of the online form. Please take note and indicate the Request ID on the media when you submit the disk to us.

STEP 2 - SEND IN YOUR MEDIA TO US

The customers of ADRC now enjoy a number of convenient ways to send in the damaged media to us.

  1. Pickup Service (For Singapore Customers)
  2. Send in Personally
  3. For Overseas Customers

Please remember to pack your data media well before arranging the delivery.

(1) �ADRC Offers FREE Pickup Service for your convenience (For Singapore Customers)
  1. �You can contact us or simply fill up our electronic dispatch form to request for the local dispatch service.
  2. Our dedicated dispatch team will collect and deliver your hard disk to our lab (for same day pickup, please inform us before 10am).
(2) Send in Personally

For others who prefer to carry in personally or through your company courier service or international courier delivery agent such as DHL, TNT, Fedex, please note our address :
