WP Rig components are loaded by an autoloa

Description

.progressive-background-image's position: absolute; breaks z-indexing with the rest of the document.

Expected behavior

Component should act 1-to-1 with tag and sit "under" another element if given a lower z-index

Actual behavior

These components render "on top of" all other components.

Perhaps this is by design? If so, might be worth documenting!

At a certain point of the tutorial it says "add the following code.".
But there is no code.

We need to test the library against google's proxy-polyfill and update the documentation with a compatibility table and known issues with the polyfill.

App should display images as follows:

• App cover (if it was uploaded)
• Post image
• Default app cover

We'll need a different property for cover and defaultCover, so we can differentiate between them.
