Annaphila decia
Second opinion has just come in per David Ferguson. I'm convinced after checking at
Pacific Northwest Moths
, also the CBIF link provided by Jason, and finally Cal Moth Database. Thanks to both of you, Jason and David!

Annaphila sp.
This is one of the
Annaphila
species. I'm not 100% certain of which species, although I would lean towards
Annaphila decia
. It's probably safe calling this
Annaphila cf. decia
. However, without a second opinion, it may be safer to leave it at genus level.

Thanks!
This is great,
Annaphila
looks right ( also see your point re.
decia
being a candidate). Since I don't know what variations exist, I'll follow your advice to keep it at the genus level for now.
