The MatchTemplate() function results is given different max matching score in Windows 10.

OpenCV => 3.4.1
Operating System / Platform => Windows 10 (64 Bit)
Compiler => Visual Studio 2017

Using the same original and template images in Windows 10 the max matching score is different from Windows 7. Is there library that needs to be updated in Windows 10?

SessionFactoryImpl.Close currently allows the body of the function to be run multiple times as it does not check if it is closed prior to proceeding. This should be changed so that Close when called from Dispose does nothing when Close has been called by the application.

In the vue template with a store, we should use the store + localstorage, and in the template without the store, we should use the storage directly.
