Describe the bug
When building in Windows using jdk 11.0.2, several tests in BannerTest, CommandLineOptionsParserTest, NoPublishFormatterTest, ResourceScannerTest, and UrlReporterTest fail due to CRLF (carriage return line feed) issues and symlink issues. Maven was launched from git bash.

Haven't had time to update any projects to the new Cucumber builder, so haven't been able to make an example GIF.

If anybody has a repo using cucumber and wants it to be potentially selected as a demonstration image, ping me.

Monitoring is a paid  option in nginx (part of nginx plus), so providing a free Prometheus exporter will be appealing to many nginx users

Packaging this exporter comprises two sides:
a) RPM-based operating systems: look at any of the other exporters in OBS and adapt the .spec
