Rewrite triangle example to use wgpu-rs

It seems that glutin has introduced some more breaking changes since 0.21 and the gfx_window_glutin crate, which is used in the triangle.rs example code, has not been updated to support the latest version. Unfortunately, this incompatibility blocks us from upgrading glutin in the main renderdoc-rs crate itself.
