Describe the bug
When someone reports a proposal and an administrator decide to hide this one, the proposal is still exported in Open Data and admin proposals exports.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Report a proposal
- As administrator, hide this proposal
- Export proposals with open data and proposals export in administration side

Hey hey,
I just encountered the following issue
- I have a GeoJSON file containing a FeatureCollection with two Polygon Features
- I pass this to
sentinelsatas a footprint in a Sentinel-2 query (e.g. viageojson_to_wkt(read_geojson(geom)) - I get results for the first feature, but not for both
This is unexpected.
What works is splitting the one file with two features into two file
