EF Core uses a class Migration, and if you add a new migration with name "Migration" it will break the build.

Bug description
When i was copying repo to contribute i encountered that in order to build "client" package i had to install YARN globally, although in the CONTRIBUTING.md it is not mentioned.
Here's the usage place that was failing for me before i installed YARN:

Ent should be able to handle migrations from string to number and possibly attempt string to number

what is prefer way to add relation and remove relation? I found example as below, but I did't find any document about the two methods.
