Feature Request
Proposal:
Add configurable timeout value to bind input plugin for the http request to bind
Current behavior:
The http request currently has a static 4 second timeout value defined:
https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/blob/master/plugins/inputs/bind/bind.go#L29
On loaded bind instances, or those with many zones, the http response time can often exceed this

Hi there,
it would be nice to add a wrapper for FbProphet (maybe as an optional dependency during pip install) that satisfies the SK interface in this way I will be able to compare it with other models in a uniform manner.

Description

DEFAULT_SEASONALITIES = {"H": 24, "D": 1, "W": 1, "M": 12, "B": 5}
- however, having a seasonality of 1 has no real benefit to my knowledge (please correct me if I'm mistaken)
- I base my knowledge on NBEATSEstimator and Naive2Predictor
- therefore I suggest seasonality of 7 for Daily data "D"
- to me this makes sense since this would capture the se

KMeans question
Hi, Thanks for the awesome library!
So I am running a Kmeans on lots of different datasets, which all have roughly four shapes, so I initialize with those shapes and it works well, except for just a few times. There are a few datasets that look different enough that I end up with empty clusters and the algorithm just hangs ("Resumed because of empty cluster" again and again).
I conceptually

Cgroups plugin supports only proportional and max Block IO policies. We should support BFQ scheduler as well. Disk stats for the scheduler are in

andblkio.bfq.io_serviced
