The Global Food Security P rogram provides guidance to policymakers to ensure that U.S. foreign assistance and agricultural development programs are sustainable, efficient, and effective. The Humanitarian Agenda identifies and analyzes trends in the evolving humanitarian environment to improve delivery of aid and access to civilians in conflict zones. CSIS seeks to renew the discourse around international development in Washington and develop a fresh, actionable set of policy recommendations that address current challenges.
